CCI Multi-Wash Stain Remover / Recirculating Wash is a professional water-soluble ink degradent formulated for cleaning screen printing mesh and removing stubborn ink residue during screen reclamation. Its versatile chemistry is effective on plastisol, water-based, solvent-based, poster, UV, and vinyl screen printing inks, making it an excellent multi-purpose cleaning solution for screen rooms processing a variety of ink systems.
Designed for both ink removal and stain control, Multi-Wash helps protect screen mesh from deep staining and ghost images caused by residual ink. Its aggressive cleaning action helps remove image stains from the mesh while making screens easier to completely reclaim for future production.
Multi-Wash is suitable for a wide variety of screen-cleaning processes, including recirculating screen-wash systems, dip tanks, immersion cleaning systems, and automatic reclaiming machines. It can also be applied manually using a scrub pad, spray bottle, or compatible pneumatic pump system.
The combination of high solvency and high load capacity provides effective cleaning while helping reduce overall chemical consumption. Multi-Wash can also be diluted with up to 50% water when appropriate for the cleaning application, providing additional flexibility and economy.
With its low-odor, high-flash-point, non-flammable formulation, Multi-Wash provides professional cleaning performance for production screen rooms. The formulation is mesh safe and does not contain Alkylphenol Ethoxylates (APEO) or Nonylphenol Ethoxylates (NPEO).

- Remove excess ink from the screen before beginning the cleaning process.
- Apply Multi-Wash using the appropriate method for your reclaiming setup, including recirculating equipment, dip tanks, immersion systems, automatic reclaiming machines, spray bottles, scrub pads, or compatible pneumatic pump systems.
- Allow the cleaner adequate contact with ink residue before agitation or rinsing.
- Agitate stubborn areas with an appropriate scrub pad when cleaning screens manually.
- Multi-Wash may be diluted with up to 50% water depending on the cleaning application and desired strength.
- For heavily stained screens, use at a stronger concentration as needed to maximize cleaning performance.
- Thoroughly pressure wash the screen after cleaning to remove loosened ink and chemical residue.
