Overview
The Allied Grid-Lock 15 cm round hoop (New Design, AGLC) fits Tajima machines with a 360 mm arm spacing. Allied calls it the most popular size for left-chest embroidery, and it also works for purses and tote bags. The inside of the inner hoop measures 14 cm (5.5").
Patented grid lines on the hoop face, dot marks around the window and lines on the inner wall help your operators hoop straight the first time. The New Design thumbscrew is longer than a standard screw and has a larger knurled head, so it is easier to turn and opens wider for thicker garments.

Patented Grid-Lock Alignment Grid
Built-in horizontal and vertical grid lines on the hoop face, spaced 1 cm apart and labeled with numbers and letters, give a quick check that the garment is hooped straight (U.S. Patent No. 6,298,800). -
Radial Dots and Inner Wall Lines
Dot marks around the embroidery window and vertical lines around the inside wall of the inner hoop add more reference points for placement without marking the garment. -
Double Height Inner Hoop
The taller inner hoop gives more gripping surface for a tighter hold on the fabric than a single height frame, and adds strength. -
New Design Thumbscrew
The AGLC thumbscrew is 39 mm (1.5") long with a larger knurled head, so it is easier to turn by hand and opens the hoop wider for thicker garments. -
Engineered Plastic, Textured Finish
Allied's proprietary plastic composition is built for strength and flexibility, and the non-slip surface texture helps keep tension even across the hooped area.
